Food Pantry

The First Refuge Food Pantry supports families and individuals in Denton County who are facing food insecurity due to various challenges, including unexpected job loss, health issues, or other financial hardships. Serving communities north of Lake Lewisville, the pantry offers vital food assistance to help bridge the gap for those in need. Clients are welcome to visit once every 30 days during our operating hours.

Client Choice Pantry

First Refuge operates as a "Choice Pantry," empowering clients to select foods that align with their dietary needs and preferences. This approach allows clients to supplement what they already have at home, enhancing their ability to create balanced and nourishing meals for themselves and their families.

THE FOOD PANTRY IS CLOSED ON ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS.

Wednesday:  1–4 pm

Thursday:  6–8 pm
